Charlie got lots of musical instruments for Christmas. A drum set with other cool shakers and rattles. And a piano. He is having a great time making beautiful music!!!

On Boxing Day we went to Grandma and Grandpa Honeyman's. His Auntie and Uncle and all his cousins came to and there were more presents! Charlie got a really cool roadster car! He'll have lots of fun with that (his legs just have to grow a little bit more!!!)

Well after a busy few days (and kicking Daddy off the computer for a few minutes) I am finally able to update Charlie's Blog! This picture above is on Christmas Eve - I just had to take a picture of Charlie in with all the presents! (excluding the ones Santa still had to bring!) Christmas Eve we joined Ben's family at their Church in Abbotsford. Charlie was excellent thru the whole service - he loved all the singing! After chuch we went back to grandma and grandpa's place for yummy snacks!
Here is Charlie Christmas morning opening his gifts!
Charlie can't wait to play his new piano! But he'll have to wait! It's off to Grandma and Grandpa Booths!
We actually put up our tree on the First of December (I just forgot to post the pictures!) Here's Charlie helping Daddy with the lights!
We put the tree up on a trunk...this was a good deterant for a while....then the ornaments were put on and Charlie wanted to touch them! A few days later we had our playgroup at our house so I moved the coffee table in front of the tree - to make more room for the kids to play...and this is where we left it! Now Charlie really can't get the tree! (What mean parents we are huh!)
On Sunday with joined our friends Andre and Sonia and their two kids for Brunch with Santa at Newlands Golf and Country Club. This was a super yummy brunch...with lots and lots of food! Charlie was a big boy sitting in his own seat and got to eat lots of yummy food from mommy's plate! Watermelon, Honey Dew Melon, turkey, potatoes....and when Mommy wasn't looking...Daddy gave Charlie some chocolate dessert!!!!!! (mommy was not impressed! - And Charlie really could have cared less!!!)
Charlie joined his friends in meeting Santa on Monday. He wasn't too sure of this guy in the red suit and white beard! There was no smile for the camera today! But he didn't cry! We gave Santa our wish list and away we went!!!!
We took Charlie out to enjoy the snow for a few minutes yesterday! He kept looking up and getting snow in his face! He wasn't too sure of all this white stuff!
I can't wait til next year...when we can really go out and play with Charlie in the snow!
This is our backyard! It looked so pretty at night...I wish I could have taken pictures then...but I knew the camera wouldn't have done it justice!
About a month after Charlie was born - it snowed and I had to take a picture with him in the snow...of course he had no idea what it was! We've also been to Whistler a couple of times to see the snow....but this was more snow than Whistler has had when we've been there! So it really was Charlie's first look and feel of lots of snow!!!
Look at this handsome boy! I can't believe its already been 10 months - well over 10 months now! He is getting soo big! I just love that he still poses for pictures! What a smile!!!!!
Charlie's first Halloween and Mommy got his costume from Ebay! Sooo cute...Winnie the Pooh dressed as a Bumble Bee! Charlie didn't even mind having the head part on! We even went trick or treating. First down the street to Granny's then over to Grandma and Grandpa's. All the candy was for Mommy and Daddy tho'! Charlie did get some new Baby Mum Mum cookies from Grandma. Also from Aunty Selena new feeding spoons.
Charlie had all his little baby friends over for a Halloween party...the Mommy's came too. Lots of pictures were taken. And then the Mommy's ate lots of really good food! We had a big assortment of costumes....an elephant, a turkey, a ghost, pumpkin, kitty cat, cowgirl, Winnie the Pooh, ballerina and lady bug! Too cute! Getting a group shot with all the kids was pretty tricky...this was about the best one!

"you should try the corn!...I'm trying the straw now!"
Here's some pictures of our Play Group's trip to the Pumpkin Patch. This time even the mom's got their pictures taken! We were so lucky the rain held out for us to venture out to the pumpkin patch - not 20 minutes after we left it started to rain! We just had to get our cuties pictures with the pumpkins! (Thanks Amy for creating the collage!)
We went on another trip to the pumpkin patch (this one is on Lickman Road - just past the highway overpass) over the Thanksgiving long weekend. There were lots of pumpkins to choose from. Plus lots of photo ops! Daddy searched and searched for the biggest and roundest pumpkin! Charlie was more interested in the dirt!
"I think this one Daddy!"

On Sunday, we went to the Vancouver Aquarium! Charlie was amazed by all the fishes! Above he is sitting with Trent and Grandma by the Shark tank. Swimming by is a big Sea Turtle. Trent liked the fish tanks with the fishes from Finding Nemo. In this tank, he saw Bruce - the shark and Crush - the Sea Turtle! In a differnt tank he saw Nemo's, Dory's and Gils! (When Trent came over on Tuesday - we had to watch Finding Nemo!) The picture below is Charlie and Daddy watching the Dolpins. They were swimming very fast that Charlie didn't know where to look next! We had a great time at the Aquarium!
Here is a group photo of our group last Thursday at Ellenor's house! Starting on the left standing is Kaelen (she is almost exactly 1 month younger than Charlie - I met her mommy at our Prenatal class), next is Keira (we met at the Baby Tme at the Health Clinic). Then sitting on the left is Owen (also met his mommy at Prenatal) then is cutey patutey Charlie! then Ellenor (met at Baby Time), Then Olivia (met for the first time here) then lying down is Presley (she only 3 months old so she can't sit yet!)
